摘要 以丙酮为提取剂,在超声波条件下提取皮革样品中五氯苯酚,考察了超声波萃取的温度与时间对萃取效果的影响。提取液经浓缩、净化、乙酸酐衍生后以气相色谱法测定,以五氯苯酚标准物保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明:方法的检出限为0.05mg/kg,皮革样品的加标回收率为91.7%~96.8%,相对标准偏差小于5.2%。该方法具有快速、方便、灵敏度高等优点,适合于皮革制品中五氯苯酚含量的测定。 A method was developed for the determination of pentachlorophenol (PCP) in leather by acetone assisted ultrasonsic extraction combined with gas chromatography - electron capture detector (GC -ECD). The condition of ultrasound temperature and time were optimized. The extract was concentrated, purified, acetic anhydride derivatives, and analyzed by GC - ECD. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out based on the retention time of pentachlorophenol(PCP) by external standard method. The detection limit is 0. 05mg/kg. The recoveries are at the range of 91.7% -96. 8% with relative standard deviation (RSD) below 5.2% . The method is rapid, simple, and accurate. It can be used for the test of pentachlorophenol in leather.
