Computer Color Matching of Leather Dyeing Based on Kubelka-Munk Theory with Single Constants

以Kubelka-Munk单常数理论为皮革染色计算机配色基础,运用Color Master配色软件构建皮革染色计算机配色方法,建立相应染色基础数据库,并应用于实际打样中,得到单常数配色可以基本满足皮革染色的配色要求,分析了引起一些偏差的原因,对皮革计算机配色具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

The color matching of leather dyeing was studied based on Kubelka - Munk theory with one constant. Color Master color matching software was chosen to build a computer color matching method and to establish a dyeing database, which was used in practice. It shows that the Kuhelka - Munk theory with one constant c^ould satisfy the requirement of leath- er color matching and it＇ s deviations are analyzed at the same time. The research findings are valuable for the leather color matching process.
