清楚了解、深入分析历届意大利加答国际鞋展的参观群体的背景、品味和期望。这就是“访客了望台”的主要任务，这个项目从2012年1月份开始启动，调研结果已经在第78届加答国际鞋展上公布。事实证明，调研非常有必要，能够更好的了解参观者的想法．并制定出相应的策略，

Knowing, understanding and deeply analysing backgrounds, tastes and expectations of the groups of visitors attending the event every year; this is the task of the Visitors Observatory of Expo Riva Schuh （0, V.E.R.S.）. A project of research which has started in January 2012 and whose results were presented during this 78th edition of the fair. The data recorded represent an useful tool to better know interlocutors and work out tailored strategies： ＂The observatory highlighted how Expo Riva Schuh has become, today, a much more heterogeneous event than one might think - underlined Giovanni Laezza, director of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi - Our public includes groups of visitors coming from different countries, and belonging in different typologies and product categories, who use the event and its see＇vices in different ways.
