摘要
目的:探讨CT鉴别诊断支气管内膜结核的方式,并分析误诊原因。方法:选择30例支气管内膜结核患者,进行CT检查及支气管镜检,对照化验室检查结果进行分析。结果:本组30例患者,漏诊11例,误诊8例。结论:本病的漏诊及误诊率较高,专科医生应加强对本病的临床认识,重视病例分析,合理运用CT,从而有效提高支气管内膜结核的诊断率。
Objective：To investigate the endobronchial tuberculosis CT differential diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Methods：30cases of endobronchial tuberculosis patients undergoing CT examination and bronchoscopy,controlled laboratory examination results were analyzed.Results：11 cases were missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis in 8 cases.Conclusion：the disease misdiagnosis rate is higher,a specialist can strengthen the disease clinical awareness,attention to case analysis,understanding,rational use of CT,can effectively improve the rate of diagnosis of endobronchial tuberculosis.
