中国药典和英国药典无菌检查用培养基的等效性试验

Equivalent Test of Sterility Test Medium in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and British Pharmacopoeia

目的:对中国药典和英国药典无菌检查法使用的培养基进行促生长试验,对两者进行比较和评价。方法:培养基促生长试验以生长时间来比较。结果:两国药典无菌检查规定培养基的促生长试验基本一致。结论:两者对实验菌的培养是等效的。

Objective：Comparing the growth promotion test of sterility test medium in ChP with that in BP,and evaluating their qualities. Methods：Comparing of the mediums was determined by incubate times when clearly visible growth occurs. Results：Growth promotion test of ChP mediums are essentially consistent with that of BP. Conclusion：Incubation of strains with ChP mediums is equivalent to that of BP.
