结肠癌并肠梗阻的外科治疗体会

Experience of treatment for 50 cases colon cancer combined obstruction by surgery

目的:通过对患有结肠癌患者病情的研究和分析探讨结肠癌并肠梗阻的外科处理方法[1]。方法:对我院曾经接收的50例患有结肠癌的患者的治疗资料进行收集,并结合相关的文献和资料对这些外科治疗方法进行评价。结果:有49例经过手术后康复出院,只有1例患者因多器官功能衰竭而死亡。结论:应加强重视,根据病情选择手术方式,降低死亡率和并发症。此外,还要尽量的提高左半结肠梗阻I期切除率。

Objective：Through analyzing colon cancer patients＇ condition to disucss the surgery methods.Methods：Retrospectly analyzed 50 colon cancer patients clinical data to evalue surgery methods. Results： In the chosen of this of 50 cases 49 cases after surgery to recover after hospital discharge,only 1 patients for multiple organ failure and death.Conclusion：Deal with colon cancer and obstruction full attention up,according to the patient choice of surgical treatment of disease,so that the mortality and complications can reduce the incidence of all besides,will try to improve the obstruction of the left half ＂phase I of the resection rate.
