脑外伤后电解质监测与治疗的临床观察

目的:通过对脑外伤后电解质监测来探讨脑外伤的治疗方法。方法:选取我院收治的脑外伤患者64例,分为高渗盐水组和正常组,各32例,比较两组血液中电解质的浓度及血浆胶渗透压测定值。结果:高渗盐水组患者血液中电解质浓度高于正常组,能显著降低颅内压,血浆渗透压处于正常范围,能够有效纠正电解质紊乱,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:电解质监测在脑外伤治疗中效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

objective：the brain injury to explore the electrolyte monitoring brain injury treatment.Methods：the patients with traumatic brain injuries were our 64 cases,divided into high permeability brine group and the normal group 32 cases,compared with two groups of concentration of electrolyte in the blood plasma glue osmotic pressure measurements.Results：high permeability of salt water in patient blood electrolyte levels higher than normal group,significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：electrolytes monitoring in brain injury in the treatment effect is remarkable.
