手术治疗结核性肠梗阻的临床疗效

目的:观察外科手术治疗腹腔结核引起的肠梗阻的方法及疗效。方法:选择我院2010～2011年间经内科保守治疗无效的结核性肠梗阻患者10例,予手术治疗,其中,4例采用小肠切除吻合术,3例采用右半结肠切除术,3例采用肠粘连松解术,其中2例松解后采用肠折叠术。结果:术后1例出现不全性肠梗阻,1例出现肠瘘,无死亡病例,其余经正规的抗结核药物治疗后,均治愈出院。结论:通过对腹腔结核治疗的长期积极探索,我们分析,采用手术切除狭窄肠管并吻合,松解肠粘连等技术配合全身规范抗痨治疗,可使患者得到及时有效的治疗,恢复身体健康。

Objective：purpose：to observe the surgical treatment of abdominal n/med tuberculosis cause obstruction method and curative effect.Methods：from 2010 to 2011 by medical therapy invalid tuberculous intestinal obstruction in 10 patients to surgery,4 cases of small intestinal resection by anastomosis,3 patients with colorectal resection right,3 cases by the bowel adhesion loose solution technique,the two cases of loose after intestinal surgery by folding solutions.Results：after one example in the whole ileus,1 case appear intestinal fistula,no deaths,the rest of the regular TB drug treatment,were cured and discharged.Conclusion：based on the treatment of abdominal tuberculosis long-term actively explore,surgical resection of the narrow and long anastomosis,loose bowel adhesion technology solutions with systemic standard chemotherapy treatment,patients with prompt and effective treatment and to the body to recover.
