尿液白细胞、红细胞干化学法检查与镜检不一致性的分析

目的:探讨和研究对尿干化学法和镜检的差异性,为临床提供可靠依据。方法:摘取我院检验科近年来分析的500例晨尿标本,同时采取尿干化学分析法和尿液非离心镜检法进行检验,对检验结果进行分析。结果:两种方法的总符合率结果显示白细胞为67%,红细胞为61%。结论:尿液分析不能只看干化学分析而忽视镜检,应当全面的进行检验对比才能更准确的给出检验结果,为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。

Objective：to discuss and Study on urine dry chemistry method and microscopic examination of the differences,and provide a reliable basis for clinical.Method：take me home inspection division in recent years analysis of 500cases of morning urine specimens,the test results analysis.Results：the two methods of the total coincidence rate results show for the67% white blood cells,red blood cells for 61%.Conclusion：urine analysis not only dry chemical analysis and ignore microscopic examination,should be to carry out a comprehensive inspection contrast can more accurately gives the test results.
