疑似及确诊艾滋病病人的应急护理

目的:探讨护理人员对疑似及确诊艾滋病病人的应急护理对策,加强护士自我防护意识,降低护士职业暴露率。方法:回顾性分析和总结2011年1月～2011年12月来我院治疗的疑似及确诊艾滋病病人的应急护理措施,制定出相应完善的应急护理对策。结果:合理、完善的应对措施有效地降低了护士的职业暴露率。结论:有效的应急护理不仅可以提高病人的依从性和生存质量,还可以降低护士和其他病人的感染机率。

Objective：To explore the nursing staff on suspected and diagnosed AIDS patients in emergency nursing,nurses self protection awareness,reducing nurse occupation exposure rate.Methods：a retrospective analysis and summary in 2011January ～ 2011December in our hospital for treatment of suspected and diagnosed AIDS patients in emergency nursing measures,formulate the corresponding perfect emergency nursing countermeasures.Results：the rational,comprehensive measures can effectively reduce the nurse＇s occupation exposure rate.Conclusion：effective emergency care can not only improve the patient compliance and quality of life,but also can reduce the nurses and other patient infection probability.
