Technical Reform to Polypropylene Spunbond Nonwoven Line

对引进的聚丙烯纺粘法非织造布生产线进行产品幅宽改进和边角料回收系统改进。改进后的设备既可一次性生产 3 2 8m～ 3 3 5m幅宽的产品 ,又可一次性生产幅宽为 2m左右的产品 ;改进后的边角料回收系统使一次性边角料掺用量由 5%提高到 1 5%以上。运行近两年 ,产品质量稳定 。

The technical reform targeted at product width and edges recycling system of imported polypropylene spunbond nonwoven line. The reformed equipment can produce directly products of 3.28 m～3.35 m in width and around 2 m in width. The reformed edge recycling system improved the mixture percentage from 5% to above 15%. Operated for nearly 2 years, the product quality has been stable and profits remarkable.
