高压上浆与压浆辊力学性能关系之探讨

Discussion on the Relations between High Pressure Sizing and the Mechanical Performance of Squeezing Roller

阐述了高压上浆在生产实践中的必要性 ,指出高压上浆的必要条件是采用高浓低粘浆 ,同时对高压上浆中的压力匹配及压浆辊的受力情况进行了分析 ,指出设计压浆辊时在强度和刚度方面应注意的问题。

This paper expounded the necessity of high pressure sizing in production practice,pointed out the essential condition of high pressure sizing was use the size with high concentration and low viscosity,analysed the pressure matching and the force subjection of squeezing roller in high pressure sizing,and pointed out some problem should be attended in strength and stiffness on designing the squeezing roller.
