脑囊虫病MRI影像诊断的分析

目的:为了给治疗脑囊虫病提供临床依据,分析MRI影像对脑囊虫病诊断应用的价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2011年3月至2012年1月期间,利用MRI影像诊断脑囊虫病的40例患者的临床资料。结果:通过MRI影像显示,判断脑囊虫病的类型,40例患者中有25例是实质性;有8例是脑膜型;有4例是混合型;有3例是脑室型。结论:MRI影像能有效分辨脑囊虫病的各种表现,是诊断脑囊虫病的首选影像技术。

Objective：to provide clinical basis for the treatment of neurocysticercosis,analysis of MRI imaging diagnostic value of cerebral cysticercosis.Methods：retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2011March to 2012January,using MRI imaging for diagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis patients：report of 40 cases.Results：the MRI image display,judgment of types,in 40 cases,25 cases were substantial;there are 8 cases meninges type;4 were mixed;there are 3 cases ventricular type.Conclusion：MRI image can effectively distinguish the various manifestations of neurocysticercosis,is the preferred imaging techniques for diagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis.
