孤立性房颤与炎症的关系 被引量：2

摘要 通过研究孤立性房颤患者外周血中炎症因子的浓度高低,探讨炎症与孤立性房颤之间的关系。方法使用酶联免疫吸附法测定60例孤立性房颤患者的Hcy,IL-6,hsCRP的浓度,同时根据患者入院时房颤持续的时间将患者分为阵发性和持续性房颤两个亚组。结果房颤患者的Hcy,IL-6,hsCRP的水平明显高于对照组,且两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);持续性房颤患者的各项指标明显高于阵发性房颤患者(P<0.05);结论孤立性房颤与炎症相关。
