浅谈超声诊断异位妊娠的应用价值

目的:探讨超声在诊断异位妊娠中的应用价值,以便更好地指导临床,降低异位妊娠的误诊率。方法:对2010年4月-2011年5月我院收治的85例异位妊娠患者的的超声表现和诊断结果进行回顾性分析。结果:本组85例异位妊娠患者,经手术及病理证实,确诊81例,诊断符合率为95.3%;误诊4例,占4.7%。结论:超声检查是一种准确率高,方法简便,易重复,无痛苦的检查方法,能为临床诊断及治疗宫外孕提供可靠的依据,因而成为妇科急腹症的首选辅助检查方法。

Objective：To explore the ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in the application, in order to better guide clinical, reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods：in 2010April -2011 year in May in our hospital 85 cases of ectopic pregnancy ultrasound manifestations and diagnostic results were retrospectively analyzed. Results：the ultrasound diagnosis of 85cases of ectopic pregnancy, confirmed by operation and pathology, were diagnosed in 81 cases, diagnosis coincidence rate is 95.3%,4 cases were misdiagnosed, accounted for 4.7%. Conclusion：ultrasonography is an accurate, simple method, easy to duplicate, pain-free examination method for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provides reliable basis for gynecologic acute abdomen ultrasound examination, the preferred method of auxiliary examination.
