摘要 本文主要介绍废纸在LamortH啨lico高浓碎解机中碎解时的摩擦特性———剪切因子的推导 ,以及影响剪切因子的诸因素。并指出了剪切因子与油墨碎化的关系以及对脱墨效果的影响。 A method based on the shear factor has been developed to characteri se the overall friction in a Hélico pulper.This method is described in this pap er and is applied to virgin pulp and ONP.Different repulping conditions of ONP a re introduced to demonstrate the link between friction forces described by shear factor and ink fragmentation.Finally,how to improve the deinking efficiency by the shear factor is introduced.
