摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对高血压降压效果的影响。方法:将2010年5月至2011年4月来我院就诊并同意接受观察且完成有效随访的高血压患者160例,随机分为对照组和护理干预组,每组80例。结果:1年后,在血压达标、饮食控制、服药依从性和运动方面,护理干预组远强于对照组,二者存在显著性差异。结论:通过护理干预可以提升患者对疾病的认知,获得较理想的降压效果。
Objective：To analyze the effect of the nursing intervention on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension。 Method：160 patients who agree to receive the whole effective follow-up in the cardiovascular department of the Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital during May 2010 to April 2011 were enrolled.All those patients were randomly divided into experimental group（received nursing intervention 80cases,group1） and other 80 patients（group2） as control.Results：One year later,the condition of blood pressure control,proper diet,medication compliance and exercise care in the intervention group（group1） were significantly stronger than the control group,there are significant differences.Conclusion：The nursing intervention may improve patients understanding of disease,can obtain better antihypertensive effect.
