将术前访视应用于手术室整体护理中的观察

Preoperative visits used in the operating room as a whole nursing observation

目的:探讨术前访视在手术室整体护理中的作用和效果。方法:对比我院实行术前访视整体护理方法前后的患者满意度。结果:2010年我院未实施术前访视制度时,患者对我院护理质量的满意度为88%。2011年我院实施术前访视制度后,患者对我院护理质量的满意度达到了98%。结论:在临床中推行术前访视整体护理法可有效缓解患者的紧张心理、促进手术中的医患配合。

Objective Investigate the preoperative visits to the role and effectiveness in the operating room in the overall care.Methods Compared to our hospital,the implementation of the preoperative visits overall nursing before and after the implementation of patient satisfaction surveys to understand the preoperative visits to clinical effect.Results After the 2011 implementation of the system of preoperative visits,patient satisfaction reached 98%,88% in 2010 prior to implementation,have improved significantly.Conclusions Implementation of the overall methods of care for preoperative visits,which can effectively alleviate the patient＇s psychological tension,they actively cooperate with the procedure,a good rehabilitation.
