内镜下导管注药治疗重度溃疡性结肠炎的临床分析

Endoscopic catheter injection for treatment of severe ulcerative colitis in patients with clinical analysis

目的:研究分析内镜下导管注药方式对重度溃疡型结肠炎进行治疗的临床效果。方法:抽取70例重度溃疡型结肠炎患者病例,将其分为常规组和内镜组,平均每组35例。常规组患者进行常规药物治疗;内镜组患者进行内镜下导管注药治疗。结果:内镜组患者治疗后结肠炎症状控制效果明显优于常规组;住院时间明显短于常规组;出现并发症的人数明显少于常规组;病情复发率明显低于常规组。结论:内镜下导管注药方式治疗重度溃疡型结肠炎效果明显。

Objective：The clinical effect on the way of application of endoscopic catheter injection in patients with severe ulcerative colitis research and analysis.Methods：70 cases of cases of colitis patients with severe ulcer-type extract,divided into the conventional group and endoscopy group,an average of 35 cases in each group.Conventional patients on regular medication;endoscopic patients,endoscopic catheter drug injection.Results：The control effect of the endoscopic group treatment of patients with colitis symptoms was significantly superior to the conventional group;hospital stay was significantly shorter in the control group;the number of complications was significantly less than the conventional group;relapse rate was significantly lower than the conventional group.Conclusion：The clinical application of endoscopic catheter injection on patients with severe ulcerative colitis treatment effect is very obvious.
