摘要
目的:探讨电化学发光技术在血站血液筛查检测工作中应用的可行性。方法:对电化学发光免疫测定技术分别对HBsAg,HCV抗体和HIV抗体三个项目检测精密度、灵敏度、干扰试验结果进行回顾性评价。结果:三个项目检测精密度高,灵敏度好,抗干扰能力强。结论:电化学发光免疫测定技术自动化程度高,检测时间短,能广泛应用于血站献血者血液筛查检测工作。
objective To explore the electrochemical luminescence technology in blood donors of blood screening test the feasibility of application of the work.Methods the electrochemical luminescence determination of HBsAg immune respectively,HCV antibodies and HIV antibody three projects for precision,sensitivity,interference experiment.Results the electrochemical luminescence immunoassays application of HBsAg respectively,HCV antibodies and HIV antibody three projects were the results of the testing precision,sensitivity,strong antiinterference ability.Conclusion using electrochemical luminescence immunoassays in blood donors blood screening test work precision,high sensitivity,the anti-interference ability is strong,and a high degree of automation,testing time is short,can widely used in blood donors of blood in the screening test Mail:liaoyangxun@163.com
