摘要
目的:探讨利用医用几丁糖预防剖宫产术后腹腔粘连的效果。方法:以2006年1月-2009年12月剖宫产产妇为样本库,分别选择500例作为观察组(应用医用几丁糖)和对照组(未应用医用几丁糖)。结果:观察组预防术后粘连的总有效率95.37%,对照组总有效率78.70%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医用几丁糖具有良好的术后防粘连作用,剖宫产术中应用医用几丁糖可有效预防腹腔粘连,值得推广使用。
Objective：This paper discusses the use of medical chitosan to the prevention of postoperative abdominal adhesions in Cesarean section.Methods：Using January 2006-December 2009 cesarean sections for a sample library,we select 500 cases as the observation group（application of medical chitosan） and 500 cases as the control group（no application of medical chitosan）.Results：the total efficiency of anti-adhesion in the observation group was 95.37%,with the control group 78.70%.Evidently,The observation group was significantly higher（P 0.05）.Conclusion：medical chitosan has a good post-operative anti-adhesion effect and should be introduced to cesarean section.
