摘要
讨论了应用计算机图像处理技术,从小白鼠肾脏线粒体的系列超薄切片的电子显微照片中,重构三维立体结构的方法和技术。
The method and technique of three dimensional reconstruction from serial ul- trathin section electron micrographs of mitochondria fron mouse kidney by grap- hics technique are discussed.
