摘要
目的研究三叉神经痛的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析926例三叉神经痛患者资料、采用选择性射频热凝进行治疗的过程以及疗效评价。结果 926例患者通过治疗,疗效显著,总有效率达96.22%。远期回访,一年内复发率为10.12%;两年复发率为23.98%。结论选择性射频热凝治疗三叉神经痛疗效显著,复发率低,无严重并发症。
Objective To study the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia methods.Methods retrospective analysis of 926 cases of patients with trigeminal neuralgia data,using selective radiofrequency thermocoagulation treatment process and curative effect evaluation.Results 926 patients after the treatment,a significant effect,the total effective rate was 96.25%.Long term visit,within a year the recurrence rate was 10.12%;Two years the recurrence rate was 23.98%.Conclusion selective radiofrequency thermocoagulation for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with obvious curative effect,low recurrence rate,no severe complications.
