医疗团队中临床药师如何发挥作用——参与救治一例急性感染性心内膜炎患者的体会

How does a clinical pharmacist play a role in a medical team?——Experience of participating in the treatment of an acute infective endocarditis case

目的:研究在医疗团队中临床药师开展工作的切入点。方法:采用文献查阅结合典型病例的方法,依据急性感染性心内膜炎的药物治疗特点,探讨临床药师在治疗团队中的作用。结果:临床药师发挥药学专业优势,重点关注治疗药物的禁忌症、相互作用、不良反应等,同时直面患者,积极开展用药教育,为患者用药的安全、有效发挥积极作用。结论:临床药师要积极融入治疗团队,为患者提供优质的药学监护,成为医疗团队中不可缺少的一员。

Objective：To study the clinical pharmacists in the medical team works to cut a point.Methods：a literature review combined with typical case method,on the basis of acute infectious endocarditis in drug treatment characteristics,clinical pharmacists in treatment team role.Results：clinical pharmacists play a pharmaceutical professional advantages,focus on the treatment of drug interactions,contraindications,adverse reactions,while facing the patient,active medication education for patients to use,safe,effective play a positive role.Conclusion：clinical pharmacists should actively integrate into the treatment team,for patients to provide quality of pharmaceutical care,become an integral part of the medical team.
