烟雾病合并脑出血患者围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of Moyamoya Disease with Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨烟雾病合并脑出血患者围手术期护理要点。方法对10例行手术治疗的烟雾病合并脑出血病人做好脑血管造影术和开颅前的一般护理;同时加强心理护理。手术后注意体位、引流管的护理,及时给予镇静和止痛。加强神志、瞳孔、生命体征的监测,预防并发症的发生,做好健康教育。结果本组经及时治疗和护理,恢复良好7例,生活能自理2例,生活需人照顾1例。结论术前做好护理,有助于手术的顺利进行和术后的康复。术后及早发现和预防并发症,可避免出现不可逆的神经功能损害。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing main points of moyamoya disease with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 10 patients underwent surgical treatment of moyamoya disease and cerebral hemorrhage patients do cerebral angiographyand general nursing before craniotomy;and strengthen psychological care.Pay attention to bodyposture,post-operative care of the drainage tube,sedative and analgesic treatment were given promptly.Strengthen the consciousness,pupil,vital signs monitoring,prevent the occurrence of complications,health education well done.Results This group were given treatment and nursing promptly.Recovery good in 7 cases,can provide for oneself in 2 cases,life need someone to take care of in 1 cases.Conclusion Before operation,nursing well done can make operation do smoothly and rehabilitation.Promptly discovery and prevention of complications can prevent irreversed nervous dysfunction after operation.
