甲状腺功能减退症患者红细胞与血红蛋白的变化及临床意义

Clinical Significance of the Variation of RBC and Hb of Whole Blood in Patients with Hypothyroidism

目的:探讨RBC与Hb在甲减患者中的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用电阻抗法测定48例甲减患者、43例亚临床甲减患者与50例对照组RBC与Hb。结果:病例组与对照组比较,RBC与Hb均明显降低,两者有显著性差异(p<0.01);亚临床甲减组与对照组比较,RBC与Hb均无明显变化,无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论:甲减常易引发贫血,全血细胞分析对甲减患者尤其是甲减性贫血患者有较高的临床辅助价值。

Objective To study the significance of changes of RBC and Hb in hypothyroidism patients.Methods RBC and Hb contents of whole blood analyses were performed with impedance method in 48 hypothyroidism patients 、43 subclinical hypothyroidism patients and 50 controls.Results In the diseased group,RBC and Hb levels were significantly lower than those in the controls（p 0.01）;There is no significantly difference between the subclinical hypothyroidism patients and the control（sp0.05）.Conclusion Anaemia can easily happen in hypothyroidism patients,so the whole blood analysis in those patients might be helpful in clinic diagonises and treatment.
