浅析胃食管反流病的外科疗法

Analysis of the surgical therapy of gastroesophageal reflux disease

随着社会、经济的飞速发展,人们的生活模式发生了巨大的变化,随之而来的消化系统疾病,特别是食管领域疾病,越来越受到人们的瞩目。胃食管反流病(GERD)是由胃内容物反流引起不适症状和(或)并发症的一种疾病,以烧心和反流为主要症状。本文针对胃食管反流病的治疗方法进行了探讨。

with the development of society,the rapid development of economy,great changes have taken place in people＇s life pattern.Concomitant diseases of the digestive system,particularly the fields in esophageal disease,people pay more and more attention.Gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD） by regurgitation of gastric contents cause discomfort symptoms and（or） complications of a disease,to heartburn and reflux as main symptom.In this paper,for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease methods are discussed.
