摘要
为了提高机械化黄酒品质 ,就目前机械化黄酒生产过程中存在的问题分菌种、酸、曲、水、发酵期及沉淀物6个方面进行讨论 。
In order to improve the quality of mechanical yellow rice wine, we discussed on some problems presented nowadays in the production of mechanical yellow rice wine in six aspects of germ species, acid, starter, water, fermentation time and hazes and also put forward some solutions in this paper.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
