摘要
在系统分析和研究自航耙吸挖泥船疏浚过程的基础上,以挖泥船疏浚作业过程为研究对象,通过控制疏浚作业参数,以提高耙吸挖泥船的疏浚效率。建立了基于土壤等工况条件的疏浚模型及目标优化函数,并应用遗传算法进行仿真优化。最后采用"新海凤"号自航耙吸式挖泥船工程实测数据进行了仿真验证,结果表明控制疏浚参数能够提高疏浚效率。
On the basis of systematic analysis and study on the dredging process of trailing suction hopper dredger, the process of trailing suction hopper dredger to improve the dredging efficiency by adopting controlling of dredging parameters is mainly targetd to. Taking the soil and other factors into account, a model of hopper process is presentd, combined the drag-head model with the hopper model. Based on this model, objective function is put forward and applied to GA for simulation optimization. Lastly, data measured on "Xinhaifeng" trailing suction hopper dredger is simulated and validated, showing that controlling dredging parameters could improve dredging efficiency.
