摘要 Horchin Woodcut, ranked among China’s top four modern woodcut schools, has become an identity card of Tongliao city in Inner Mongolia, a city where the art school first came into being and began to prosper since 1950’s. In 2011, in the Shanghai World Expo, Horchin Woodcut paintings were praised as a wonderful display of the "grandness of Horchin grassland" to the world.
