集中空调系统积尘中嗜肺军团菌的污染研究 被引量:1

摘要 对广东省和海南省9家酒店集中空调系统的不同位置的积尘进行采样,应用巢式PCR方法,探讨酒店集中空调系统积尘中嗜肺军团菌的监测方法和污染情况。试验结果表明:巢式PCR方法检测积尘嗜肺军团菌的特异性较好;空调系统多个环节积尘严重并存在军团菌污染,空调机组风柜翅片嗜肺军团菌阳性率最高为33.3%;冷却塔与新风口直线距离在0~5m范围内,风管积尘军团菌阳性率随距离增加呈上升趋势。
