摘要
以某回热循环燃气轮机为研究对象,考察回热器总压恢复系数及换热系数变化对燃气轮机整机性能和稳定工作的影响。研究得到以下主要结论:回热器两侧总压恢复系数降低都使燃气轮机输出功率、效率以及压气机喘振裕度降低。冷侧总压恢复系数直接影响到涡轮通流能力,因此会严重影响到压气机喘振裕度。回热器两侧传热系数仅对燃气轮机效率有影响。传热系数降低时燃气轮机效率降低,且冷侧、热侧传热系数对其有同等程度的影响。
Predicted effects of recuperator performance variation on the performance and the compressor stability of a micro-gas turbine which is used for power generation are presented. The analysis shows that the gas turbine delivered power, the efficiency and the compressor surge margin decrease while the recuperator total pressure recovery coefficient increases for either cold side or hot side. The total pressure recovery coefficient of the cold side has noteworthy influence on the turbine through flow capability and seriously affects the compressor surge margin. The heat transfer coefficients decrease result in the gas turbine efficiency decrease but the other performance variables remain constants. The heat transfer coefficients for both side have equal effects on the gas turbine efficiency.
