摘要
经曝晒试验、田间覆盖栽培试验和一系列的测试分析,结果表明:甘蔗光降解地膜的降解受多种因素的影响,包括光敏剂的使用、气候环境因素、所栽培作物以及栽培制度等。光敏剂的作用是主要的,通过调整光敏剂和有关助剂的用量可以控制光降解地膜的降解速度。太阳光中紫外线的照射能引起光氧化反应.使光降解膜中聚乙烯分子链断裂,地膜脆化,出现裂口,进而降解、破碎消失。栽培作物的遮荫和地下水活动会减缓光降解膜的降解速度。覆膜后温度升高有利于光降解地膜的热降解。
The photodegradable plastics film for sugarcane (PPFS) was tested in several methods including exposed to weather, covered cultivate experiments in cane field and other analyses. The results showed degradation of PPFS was effected by many factors for example photosensitizer, weather condition, cultivated plant, cultivated systems, etc. Photosensitizer was the primary important factor. The degradable rate of PPFS was adjustable by adjusting the additive quantity of photo- sensitizer. Sunlight (or ultraviolet light) was an important weather factor and caused degradation when the PPFS was exposed to it. Crops covered and ground water moved reduced the degradable rate of the PPFS. High temperature was good for degradation of PPFS.
