本文根据史籍对于春秋晚期吴国都城——吴大城的记载以及苏州灵岩古城考古发掘的资料,结合春秋晚期的社会历史背景,以灵岩古城为春秋晚期的吴国都城的城址所在,对其选址、功能布局等方面进行分析与论证。

Based on the historical records on Wu＇s capital. Wu Great City, in Spring and Autumn, and the archeological materials of Lingyan ancient city, combined with the social background of later period of Spring and Autumn, and with the Linyan Ancient City regarded as the site of Wu＇s capital the thesis is aimed to analyze the site-selecting and function arrangement of Wu＇s capital city.
