摘要
甘蔗糖厂利用废蜜生产酒精,近年来,由于桔水成分发生许多变化,设备结垢,特别是蒸馏设备结垢导致频繁停机,困扰众多厂家。本文在详细分析桔水原料成分基础上,论述了调整酒精生产工艺,提高甘蔗质量,严格制糖线质量管理,从根本上解决了设备结垢问题,具有其它方法无法比拟的优势。
Cane sugar mills use molasses to product alcohol. Later years, scaling on equipment due to the composition of molasses changing, especially scaling on distillator, leads to production stopping frequently. This problem bothers many factories. This article elaborates how to adjust alcohol production technology, improve sugarcane quality and control the quality management strictly on the basis of analysing the composition of molasses in detailed, which achieves a fundamental solution of scaling on equipment. This way explained in the article is superior to others.
