舌下神经刺激治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征 被引量:3

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是最常见的睡眠呼吸障碍疾病,其发病机制复杂,具有严重的潜在危险性。OSAHS治疗的经典方法为持续气道正压通气(CPAP),自20世纪80年代早期即被应用于OSAHS患者,其疗效虽显著,但依从性较差,拒绝接受的患者仍占到40%~50%[1],这些患者或放弃治疗,或选择口腔矫治器及手术治疗[2]。
