舌下神经刺激治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征 被引量：3

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）是最常见的睡眠呼吸障碍疾病，其发病机制复杂，具有严重的潜在危险性。OSAHS治疗的经典方法为持续气道正压通气（CPAP），自20世纪80年代早期即被应用于OSAHS患者，其疗效虽显著，但依从性较差，拒绝接受的患者仍占到40％～50％［1］，这些患者或放弃治疗，或选择口腔矫治器及手术治疗［2］。
