超脉冲CO_2激光联合肌内注射重组人干扰素γ治疗跖疣 被引量:3

Clinical Efficacy of Combined Therapy of Recombinant Human Interferon-γ and Super-pulsed Carbon Dioxide Laser on Verruca Plantaris

摘要 目的比较超脉冲CO2激光联合重组人干扰素γ与单纯CO2激光治疗跖疣的疗效及复发率。方法将120例跖疣患者随机分为两组:治疗组65例202病灶,对照组55例183病灶。治疗组超脉冲CO2激光治疗疣体后肌内注射重组人干扰素γ100 IU。对照组仅用CO2激光治疗。结果治疗后随访3个月,治疗组痊愈率(89.1%)高于对照组(67.2%),治疗组复发率(10.9%)低于对照组(32.8%)。治疗组与对照组的痊愈率与复发率比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论超脉冲CO2激光联合肌内注射重组人干扰素γ治疗跖疣复发率低,疗效明显优于仅用CO2激光治疗。 Objective To compare super-pulsed carbon dioxide Laser alone and the combination of super-pulsed carbon dioxide Laser and recombinant human interferon-γin treating verruca plantaris in terms of efficacy rate and recurrence rate,and to provide evidences for clinical application. Methods Altogether 120 patients with verruca plantaris were divided into two groups randomly.The 65 patients in the treatment group were given super-pulsed carbon dioxide Laser and recombinant human interferon-γ jointly while the 55 patients in the control group being treated with super-pulsed carbon dioxide Laser alone. Results The treatment group had a higher cure rate(89.11%) but a lower recurrence rate(10.89%) than the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically different(P〈0.01). Conclusions Recombinant human interferon-γcombined with super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser is more effective than super-pulsed carbon dioxide Laser alone in treating verruca plantaris.
