2型糖尿病与老年痴呆患者认知损害的相关生物学标记物研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 对2型糖尿病与老年痴呆患者认知损害的相关生物学指标的研究仍在探索阶段。脑脊液中已确定的Aβ、Tau蛋白等老年痴呆的生化改变近来被认为与2型糖尿病认知损害有相关性;血中Aβ、抗RAGE、脂类物质及尿液中尿蛋白、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷等亦被陆续发现与2型糖尿病认知有一定联系。MRS技术开始运用于对脑内代谢物质的测定,2型糖尿病认知损害的波谱分析结果提示海马及相关脑区肌酸、肌醇等水平显著升高,MRS有望成为糖尿病认知障碍和老年痴呆患者的分子影像学标记物。
