压力容器用钢初轧生产工艺研究与控制

摘要 在压力容器用钢生产过程中,初轧工艺是一个关键控制过程。对成品缺陷分析后发现,初轧是裂纹出现的源头工序,初轧板坯表面存在两类典型裂纹缺陷,两者形成的机理不同。通过机理研究和对现场跟踪分析,找出了初轧板坯表面裂纹缺陷产生的主要影响因素,并针对性地制定了降低钢锭装炉温度、优化加热模型、采用轻压下规程轧制、修改火焰清理模式等工艺改进措施,这些措施实施后钢坯表面质量显著改善,成品合格率提高10%左右。 Blooming process is a key step in the course of producing pressure vessel steel. Analysis of the surface quality defects of finished products showed that cracks mainly initiate in the blooming slabs. There are two kinds of typical cracks on the slab surface. This paper analyzed the formation mechanism of the two kinds of cracks and found out the main factors which led to the blooming slab surface crack defects. Some effective process improvement measures were suggested, such as lowering the charging temperature of ingots, improving the heating model, adopting the soft reduction rolling schedule, modifying the flame cleaning mode, etc. After implementation of these measures, the surface quality of slabs improved significantly, and the qualification ratio of finished products increased by about 10%.
