氮在6Cr21Mn10MoVNbN气阀钢熔体中的热力学分析

摘要 采用当量法对高氮钢钢液中的氮含量进行了推导,并用304不锈钢和316不锈钢的有关试验数据进行了验证,确定当量法可以进行高氮钢液氮溶解度的估算。随着合金含量的提高,氮在钢液中的溶解度会逐渐偏离Sieverts定律。通过热力学分析,得出了6Cr21Mn10MoVNbN气阀钢钢液中氮溶解度的估算公式。 The nitrogen content in high nitrogen molten steel was calculated through the equivalent method. The results were verified by the testing data of stainless steel 304 and 316. Thus the equivalent method was proved suitable for reckoning the solubility of nitrogen in high nitrogen molten steel. It was found out that along with the increase of the alloy content, the solubility of nitrogen in molten steel departed from Sieverts' law gradually. Through thermodynamics analysis, the calculation formula of the solubility of nitrogen in molten 6Cr21Mn10MoVNbN valve steel was obtained.
