摘要
进行钢板表面缺陷检测时,如何降低和控制检测系统表面温度是高温条件下表面缺陷检测系统正常工作的保证。针对高温条件下钢板表面缺陷检测设备的防护进行研究,详细分析了防护箱体的距离、面积、外形、黑度、外界空气温度等影响因素,并提出了针对上述影响因素采取的相应的降温控温措施。
When steel plates are inspected for surface defects, it is necessary to control and lower the surface temperature of the detection equipment so as to ensure normal operation of the surface defect detection system at high temperature. This paper studied the thermal protection of the surface defect detection system at high temperature, and analyzed the factors influencing the temperature variation of the detection system, such as the distance between the protective box and the plate, the area, shape and blackness of the protective box, and the ambient air temperature. For all the above influencing factors, measures to lower and control the temperature were proposed.
