新建本科院校人才培养面临的主要矛盾及解决之策 被引量:34

摘要 新建本科院校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,经过十余年的建设,事业取得了长足发展,在平衡区域高等教育布局、实现高等教育大众化、促进教育公平和地方经济社会发展方面,起到了不可替代的作用。然而,由于新建本科院校办学历史、经验、地理、资源、基础等因素限制,在办学和人才培养过程中面临着诸多矛盾,集中表现为:应用型人才培养与传统重学轻术观念的矛盾、与学术型教师队伍结构的矛盾、与学科导向的课程体系的矛盾、与学术知识生产方式的矛盾以及与传统的学术评价机制的矛盾。克服这些矛盾,必须坚定应用型人才培养道路,建设应用型师资队伍,深入推进产学研合作教育,强化学生职业能力培养,突出能力导向的评价机制,切实强化政府责任。 During more than 10 year construction, new undergraduate universities have taken great progress, functioning as a key part of our higher education system and playing irreplaceable role in balancing regional higher education layout, realizing higher education among the masses, promoting the fairness of education and propelling regional development in economy and society. However, these institutions are also restricted by many factors, such as running-school history, education experience, geographical and resources limitations, facing many contradictions during school operation and talent training, mainly including the contradictions of cultivating application-oriented talents with traditional academics-priority educational concept, with academic teacher groups, with subject-directed curriculum, with production mode of academic knowledge and with old academic evaluation system. To overcome these problems, the author puts forward the following methods, ad- hering to application-oriented training way, building application-oriented teacher groups, strengthening pro- duction-teaching-research cooperative education, enhancing the training in students" professional competence, highlighting competence-oriented evaluation system, and making government burden more responsibility.
