格曼语动词题元结构及在句子中的映射

Thematic Structures of Verbs and the Projection of Thematic Roles in the Geman Language.

本文讨论格曼语动词题元角色的映射机制。认为从话语形式看,动词的题元角色尽管与句子的结构位置并不一一对应,但却存在严整有序的深层对应。文章立足于这种深层对应并充分考虑语用因素的影响,对动词题元角色的映射机制进行描写分析,进而对表层的无序现象作出合理解释。

In this paper, we address the problems of the projection mechanism of verbs in the Geman language. First of all, we give a brief description of thematic structures of verbs and outline the configuration of unmarked sentences in this language. It is then argued that, although a one-to-one correspondence does not exist between the thematic roles and the positions of sentential configuration at the surface level, at the deep level certain thematic roles are strictly and regularly projected into the correlative positions of sentential configuration. In light of such deep correspondence and pragmatic factors involved, we may attempt a concise description of and analysis on the projection mechanism of verbs in the Geman language, which will consequently facilitate a valid and effective explanation of some surface aberrant phenomena.
