摘要 为实现多用户在线参与流域管理、提高流域管理效率,构建了基于WebGIS和分布式水文模型的面向服务的流域水资源管理系统Web-ESSI,采用.NET三层分布式架构和MVC设计模式,以ArcGIS Server为WebGIS构建平台、分布式水文模型ESSI为水文过程模拟工具、SQL Server为数据管理系统,结合Visual C#2005面向对象编程语言实现系统搭建,并应用于山东省临沂流域,实现了多用户同时查询水资源信息、水文过程动态模拟和空间可视化分析。 Based on the WebGIS and distributed hydrological model, a service-oriented basin water resources management system is developed to make muti-user on-line management watershed and improve the efficiency of management. The system adopts the . NET three-layer distributed architecture and MVC design pattern. ArcGIS Server is chosen as WebGIS development platform and distributed hydrologic model ESSI is used to simulate hydrologic process. SQL Server is selected as database management system. Object-oriented programming language Visual C~ 2005 is applied to develop the system. The system has been applied in Linyi basin in Shandong Province, which realizes the function of muti-user querying water resource information, dynamic simulation of hydrological process and spatial visualization analysis.
