摘要 以前所未有的速度迅速崛起的我国创意产业,需要大量从事创意产品开发的创意人才。复合型艺术人才是创意人才的中坚力量。复合型艺术人才的培养离不开创意产业的实践指导。复合型艺术人才的培养应致力于以艺术为核心,以工程背景为实践依据,以创新能力培养为目标的多学科交叉的人才培养模式研究。 Aiming at the problems of longer river and the flood influenced seriously by the tributaries existing in Long-Tong reach of the Yellow River, this paper puts forward Muskingum segmentation algorithm to forecast flood process. And then the initial flow in segment nodes is determined. Finally, this article establishes the scheme of parameters calibration by dividing the flood into different levels. The results of example show that this method has characteristics of good practicability and high precision.
