摘要
为提高评估速度与精度,提出了一种混合法与控制变量相结合的发输电系统可靠性评估方法,通过控制变量减小方差,在采样完成后进行解析判断,对系统发电机进行优化调整,再选择相应的控制变量进行可靠性指标的仿真计算,从而减少了状态评估时间,提高了计算速度。采用IEEE标准测试系统RTS进行计算,结果表明该方法在保持可靠性指标不变的前提下,大大加快了收敛速度,有效地减少了计算量,从而验证了该方法的正确性。
For improving evaluation speed and accuracy, reliability evaluation method of power system is proposed by combining mixed and variable-controlling method. The analytical judgment is adopted to analyze the samples with controlled variable to reducing variance. The generator is adjusted and the controlled variable is selected to calculate the reliability index. Thus, it not only improves the convergence speed but also accelerates the state assessment process. The proposed method is applied to reliability evaluation of power generation section in the IEEE RTS test system. The result shows that under the prerequisite of ensuring calculation accuracy the proposed method can reduce the sampling variance and accelerate the convergence speed of iteration calculation.
