摘要
低碳经济对低碳电力的发展提出了迫切要求。以低碳效益为出发点,从电网侧分析了低碳减排的途径,通过合理优化电压等级序列降低网络损耗,在满足指标全面性、规避指标耦合性的基础上,根据能量守恒转化原理建立了包含网络规模、电网总损耗、总投资费用、电网可靠性、占地规模等影响因素的评价指标体系,应用超效率数据包络分析(SE-DEA)算法提出了电压等级序列评价流程。以郑州新区为例,分别对不同负荷密度的4种电压等级序列方案进行综合评价以获得最优方案,验证了模型的有效性和合理性。
Low-carbon electricity is needed rapid development in the context of low-carbon economy nowadays. Based on the low carbon benefits, the low-carbon emission reduction pathway is analyzed from the grid side. Meanwhile, there can be reduced network losses by optimizing the sequence of voltage levels. On the basis of meeting comprehensive targets and avoid the coupling targets, the conservation of energy conversion theory is used to establish evaluation index system, which includes network size of power grid, the total power loss, the total investment costs, power grid reliability and land area. The evaluation process of voltage level sequence is proposed by using the SE-DEA algorithm. Finally, taking Zhengzhou new developed area for an example, the programs of sequence of voltage levels with 4 kinds of load density are evaluated synthetically and the optimal scheme is obtained. The results proves that the model is effective and reasonable.
