摘要
采用高温燃烧合成法制备掺杂硼的Eu2+-ZnAl2O4发光材料。用正交试验法设计实验,确定最佳掺杂量及烧结温度。研究结果发现,只有当有机物和硼酸盐都加入的时候,才能很好的改善Eu2+-ZnAl2O4的发光性能,单独加入有机物或硼酸盐都对发光不利。最佳合成条件是:烧结温度为700℃,Zn/Al(摩尔比)1∶2,硼酸盐/Al2O32.0,有机物/Al2O31.0,在此条件下,样品发光情况最好。其次是:烧结温度为650℃,Zn/Al(摩尔比)1∶2,硼酸盐/Al2O3 5.0,有机物/Al2O3 2.0。
The B-doped Eu2+-ZnA1204 luminescent materials have been prepared by combustion synthesis method under high temperature. The orthogonal design technique was used to arrange the experiments so that all important points are enough considered. The experimental results have shown that: 1) the addition of borate only, or of organic compound only is not helpful for the luminescence of Eu2+-ZnA1204 luminescent materials, instead, the doping of both borate and organic compound to the Eu2^-ZnA1204 luminescent materials is vital to the improvement of luminescent behavior of Eu2+-ZnA1204 luminescent materials. 2) The optimized conditions for the synthesis of Eu2+-ZnA12Q luminescent materials with the best luminescent behavior are: sintering temperature 700C, Zn/A1 (molar ratio) 1 : 2, borate/A1203 (wt/wt) 2.0, organic compound/A1203 (wt/wt) 1.0. The second best ones: sintering temperature 650C, Zn/Al(molar ratio) 1:2, borate/A1203 (wt/wt) 5.0, organic compound/A1203 (wt/wt) 2.0.
