利用煤粉炉渣制备微晶泡沫玻璃的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以煤粉炉渣为主要原料,以碳酸钙作为发泡剂,磷酸钠作为稳泡剂,再加入其他辅助原料制备了微晶泡沫玻璃,研究了碳酸钙和磷酸钠的掺入量、发泡温度、保温时间对微晶泡沫玻璃性能的影响,并且采用XRD分析其物相组成,结果表明,当发泡剂和稳泡剂的掺量分别为4.5%和5%,发泡温度为1000℃,发泡时间为20min时,试样已经完全转化为微晶泡沫玻璃,主晶相为硅灰石,次晶相为钙长石和辉石,平均泡径达2.03mm,表观密度为938 kg/m3,气孔率达52.6%,抗压强度达17.95MPa,抗弯强度达12.51 Mpa,热膨胀系数达5.67×10-6/℃,导热系数达0.20 W/(m.K)。 Foam glass-ceramic was prepared with cinder as major raw material, adding CaCO3 as foaming agent, Na3PO4 as stabilizing agent and other auxiliary materials. The effects of various factors on the properties of foam glass-ceramics were analyzed, The microstructure of the Foam glass-ceramics was tested by the methods such XRD. The results showed that the optimal contents of both foaming agent calcium carbonate and stabilizing agent sodium phosphate were 4.5%and 5% respectively, The optimal process conditions of heat treatment were obtained as follows:the foaming temperature of 1000~C ,foaming time of 20 min, The foaming and crystallization processes of samples were completed after heat treatment. The primary crystallization phase was wollastonite, and the minor crystallization phase anorthite and augite. The pore diameter is 2.03ram,the density is 938 kg/m3, the Porosity is 52.6%, the Compressive strength is 17.95 MPa, the bending strength is 12..51Mpa, the Coefficient of thermal expansion is 5.67x10-6/ C and the thermal conductivity is 0.20 W/(m K).
