根据科技期刊编辑工作的特点,论述编辑在与作者沟通前必须做好的准备工作,以便编辑能与作者进行有效沟通。
According to the characteristics of sci-tech journal editing, preparation work should be done for editors before their communications with authors so as to improve the efficiency of the communications.
